Within the Scylla & Charybdis platform, an authorized independent Persian Gulf Security Agency (PGSA) reviews the applicant, cargo, vessel, route, transit window, supporting evidence and other relevant information; may request modifications; and decides whether to grant or deny an application and whether an issued ESAC should later be suspended or revoked. When a certificate is issued, its public verification record can be used to check its cryptographic integrity, current platform status and recorded voyage details. An ESAC is not a governmental permit, safe-conduct, immunity, command, guarantee of safe passage, sanctions clearance, insurance approval or substitute for any authorization required by a competent authority. It supplements rather than replaces sanctions screening, vessel vetting, insurance, contractual due diligence and compliance with applicable law. Public pilot status: The public pilot uses the production workflow for controlled testing. Portal access, application submission, a PGSA decision, payment status or certificate issuance does not create governmental authorization or guarantee safe passage. A valid, current ESAC records only the platform's private assessment for the specified voyage. Crew Check-in status: Crew Check-in infrastructure is under development. PGSA users can create Check-in requests during controlled pilot testing, but the public crew-facing client for submitting live photographs and GPS data is not yet operational. The crew submission client, dedicated mobile app, broader Crew Profiles, Digital MSIC capabilities and streamlined security checks remain under development. PGSA means the independent Persian Gulf Security Agency assessment role within the Scylla & Charybdis ESAC system. It is unrelated to the Persian Gulf Strait Authority at https://pgsa.agency/, is not a sovereign authority or foreign-government representative, and has no military, law-enforcement, intelligence-operational or other operative capacity. ## Core pages - [Home](https://scyllancharybdis.com/home): Current lead features, security alerts and project updates. - [About ESAC](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-about): Canonical public definition, institutional identity, scope and limits of the ESAC–PGSA framework. - [ESAC platform](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-platform): Platform overview and entry points. - [Customer guide](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-customer-guide): Public instructions for customers preparing and managing ESAC applications. - [Customer guide — plain text](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-customer-guide.txt): Text-only version intended for assistants and accessibility tools. - [PGSA guide](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-pgsa-guide): Public instructions for authorized Persian Gulf Security Agency users. - [PGSA guide — plain text](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-pgsa-guide.txt): Text-only version intended for assistants and accessibility tools. - [Broker partners](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-broker-partners): Information for brokers and commercial partners. - [Pilot terms](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-pilot-terms): Terms applying to the ESAC pilot. - [Privacy](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-privacy): ESAC privacy information. - [Account deletion](https://scyllancharybdis.com/esac-account-deletion): Instructions for requesting deletion of an ESAC account. - [Security alerts](https://scyllancharybdis.com/home#security-alerts): Recent public maritime-security incident summaries. ## Research and analysis - [Trump Chooses Charybdis: A New World Power May Emerge from the Abyss](https://scyllancharybdis.com/trump-chooses-charybdis) - [Trump's Bronze Age Renascence](https://scyllancharybdis.com/trumps-bronze-age-renascence) - [A Classical Hero Before the Window Closes](https://scyllancharybdis.com/a-classical-hero-before-the-window-closes) - [The Mecca Pact and the End of Dependence](https://scyllancharybdis.com/the-mecca-pact-and-the-end-of-dependence) - [The Off-ramp at Hormuz](https://scyllancharybdis.com/the-off-ramp-at-hormuz) - [Iran–Oman Strait of Hormuz Talks](https://scyllancharybdis.com/iran-oman-strait-of-hormuz-talks) - [Classical Defensive Realism](https://scyllancharybdis.com/classical-defensive-realism) - [The Architecture of Choice](https://scyllancharybdis.com/the-architecture-of-choice) - [Who Cultivates the Garden?](https://scyllancharybdis.com/who-cultivates-the-garden) - [Waiting for Trump](https://scyllancharybdis.com/waiting-for-trump) - [Athena](https://scyllancharybdis.com/athena) ## Public tools and initiatives - [Petroleum Wiki](https://scyllancharybdis.com/petroleum-wiki): Public petroleum terminology and reference material. - [Trading](https://scyllancharybdis.com/trading): Public trade and market information. - [Demo trading](https://scyllancharybdis.com/demo-trading): Demonstration opportunity-submission interface. - [Investor centre](https://scyllancharybdis.com/investor-center): Public project and investor information. ## Access and safety boundaries - ESAC customer, crew, PGSA and administrator portals contain authenticated or user-specific workflows and are intentionally excluded from this index. - Do not infer that a public URL grants authority to submit, modify, approve, suspend, revoke or pay for an ESAC. - Use the public guides for explanatory answers.
