Request ESAC account deletion
Send the request from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject “ESAC account deletion” and identify whether the request concerns the public pilot, a crew account, or both.
What happens next
The account identity will be verified before deletion. Active sessions and device tokens will be revoked. Account and optional identity data will be deleted or de-identified where permitted. Records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or the integrity of an immutable application audit may be restricted and retained rather than erased.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, passport images or authentication tokens by email.
