Effective 11 August 2026
ESAC Public Pilot Terms
Pilot purpose
The ESAC public pilot is a controlled evaluation of the production-backed application, assessment, audit and pilot-certificate workflow. It is provided to obtain operational and usability feedback while independent production signing, issuer commissioning, mobile delivery and supporting controls continue to be completed.
Institutional identity and separation
Within this system, PGSA means an independent Persian Gulf Security Agency operating as a passive assessment body. It is unrelated to the Persian Gulf Strait Authority at pgsa.agency, is not a state or sovereign authority, and has no operative capacity. Scylla & Charybdis respects all sovereign and lawful authorities. See About ESAC.
No maritime authorization during the pilot
No application or certificate issued during the public pilot constitutes maritime authorization. Submitting an application, receiving a workflow status, seeing a PGSA action or receiving a certificate marked PUBLIC PILOT — TEST ARTIFACT does not authorize a voyage or certify compliance. Pilot certificates test revision binding, integrity verification and status handling only.
User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorized to control, avoid uploading information you are not entitled to disclose, and comply with applicable sanctions, counter-terrorism, privacy, maritime and other laws. Do not use the pilot as the sole basis for navigation, safety, legal, sanctions or commercial decisions.
Availability and changes
The pilot may be changed, suspended, corrected or withdrawn without notice. Data may be reset where necessary to correct faults, although production audit records will not be altered merely to conceal a recorded action.
Feedback and incidents
Report unexpected behavior, security concerns or incorrect access immediately to odysseus69@scyllancharybdis.com. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens or unnecessary identity documents in feedback emails.
