Enhanced Security Assessment Certificates
Independently issued, holder-controlled and cryptographically verified against the particulars of the intended voyage.
An accredited independent security agency prepares and issues each ESAC directly to the authorised buyer or seller. The certificate contains protected security requirements for its permitted voyage. The holder scans its code and uploads the intended voyage particulars; Scylla & Charybdis authenticates the certificate and checks those particulars against its embedded requirements. A mismatch prevents activation for that transaction. Scylla does not issue, hold or determine the assessment and does not assume responsibility for the underlying conclusions.
