ESAC validation · Confidence at the point of trade
Independent agencies issue ESACs directly to buyers or sellers with protected security requirements built into each digital certificate. The holder scans the code and uploads the actual voyage particulars. Scylla authenticates the certificate and confirms that the vessel, route, ports, dates and other key particulars meet its requirements—giving counterparties confidence that the ESAC is both genuine and valid for the proposed trade.
The security agency assesses the voyage and releases the ESAC directly to its authorised holder.
The buyer or seller scans the code and securely uploads the actual voyage particulars.
Scylla confirms authenticity and verifies that the voyage meets the certificate requirements. A mismatch means the sale cannot proceed as an ESAC agreement.

Odysseus69 is intended to facilitate controlled introductions rather than anonymous public deal-making. Parties will negotiate independently and remain responsible for commercial, legal, sanctions and technical due diligence.
A buyer or seller provides a structured opportunity and supporting information.
Company identity, authority and listing information are assessed before publication.
Qualified parties request a private introduction and conduct their own negotiations.
Scylla & Charybdis and Odysseus69 are not currently acting as a broker, exchange, transaction counterparty, insurer, guarantor or financial adviser. Scylla’s ESAC role is limited to technical authentication and voyage-requirement matching: it does not issue or hold certificates, conduct the underlying assessment or guarantee its conclusions. Commercial services will be introduced only after appropriate legal, compliance and verification arrangements are established.
